Service Description
Enjoy personalized fitness with the custome package. All memberships require a 3-month contract with no exceptions. By purchasing, you agree to this 3-month commitment. To cancel after 3 months, you must email us 30 days before your membership ends. Sessions are flexible, and unused sessions roll over to the next month, expiring after a month. Experience tailored workouts and steady progress toward your fitness goals.
Cancellation Policy
This represents the entire agreement between the Purchaser and the trainer, Dominique Posillico. You are entitled to a copy of this contract at the time you sign it. I/we further certify that I/we have read all parts of this agreement before affixing my/our signatures. By signing up, you are agreeing that we may contact you via email, call, SMS, or mail regarding your coaching services. Services include weekly check-ins through the app, personalized macro and training plans, plus access to our meal plan library. 24/7in-app messaging support, optional client calls, up to once a week. , and full access to the app, including macro tracking, step tracking, water tracking, exercise logging, a client planner, a food shopping list, and more. Please allow up to 48 business hours for check ins and message replies. A 24-hour notice is required in order to reschedule a session. Missed sessions or sessions canceled within the 24-hour time frame are non-refundable. Exemptions: You may be exempt from non-refundable sessions if you face sudden and severe injuries/illnesses or other unforeseen emergency circumstance. Once you start coaching, you'll enter a commitment period of 3 months. During a commitment period: You’ll be responsible for 50% of the remaining balance if you decide to cancel. Outside a commitment period: Your account and payments will stop with the next billing cycle. 30 days notice is required via email or app communication. Cancellation isnt final until there is written confirmation and acknowledgment. Exceptions: You may be exempt from cancellation fees if you face sudden and severe injuries/illnesses, an unexpected complete loss of income (excluding voluntary job termination), or other unforeseen circumstances preventing you from continuing for 3+ months. You’ll need to provide proof for such claims. No refunds are available on your most recent payment if your cancellation requests came after the charge was finalized on your account. You can pause your account for up to two months. During the pause, check-ins and messaging will stop, but you’ll still have full access to the app and its features. Neither of us is liable if unexpected events beyond our control (like natural disasters, illness, war, or government actions) cause delays or prevent us from fulfilling our obligations.
