I'm here to meet you where you're at

No matter where you are—physically, mentally, or in your fitness journey—there’s an option for you. My goal is to meet you exactly where you’re at and help you grow from there. Whether you’re training from home, joining virtually, or coming in person, each program is designed to fit your lifestyle and needs. And if you don’t see an option that works for you, I’ll happily create a custom plan with and for you.

Online coaching

Perfect for those who love flexibility and independence with guidance every step of the way.
All programming is delivered through the Trainerize app, where you’ll find video and written exercise descriptions, built-in timers, and progress tracking for weights and performance. The app also includes nutrition tracking (or integrates with MyFitnessPal if you prefer), plus recipe ideas for healthy inspiration.

For nutrition, I don’t prescribe strict meal plans. Instead, I provide calorie and macronutrient goals for those tracking, and for clients with a history of disordered eating, we take a mindful approach using alternative tracking tools and awareness-based strategies.

You’ll check in weekly with body stats, photos, and a detailed form reviewing energy, sleep, digestion, and overall well-being. Two 15-minute calls per month are available to be scheduled and attended within the app for deeper check-ins or to review progress and questions together.

Virtual sessions

A great option for those who want real-time feedback without needing to train in person.

You’ll still have access to your personalized programming and all the online coaching features within Trainerize— you’ll find video and written exercise descriptions, built-in timers, and progress tracking for weights and performance. The app also includes nutrition tracking (or integrates with MyFitnessPal if you prefer), plus recipe ideas for healthy inspiration.

Along with the access to these features, you'll also get live sessions with me for guidance and immediate form corrections. These virtual sessions are scheduled and attended in the app to help stay organized. This gives you accountability, structure, and coaching feedback just like in-person training, from the comfort of your own space. 

In person sessions

For those who thrive with hands-on guidance and an in-person connection.
You’ll still have access to your personalized programming and all the online coaching features within Trainerize— you’ll find video and written exercise descriptions, built-in timers, and progress tracking for weights and performance. The app also includes nutrition tracking (or integrates with MyFitnessPal if you prefer), plus recipe ideas for healthy inspiration.

You’ll train with me in my private home studio, where there is hands-on guidance and corrections in real time. I use the same app for scheduling to stay organized, but the main difference is the level of in-person engagement—I can adjust positioning, refine your biomechanics, and provide instant feedback from every angle to help you move efficiently and confidently.
